Never Ever Thought About Not Mixing Carbs & Fat

I’ve been lifting for almost 30 years. I even did a bodybuilding show about 15 years ago. I have always had issues with food and dieting. After reading the book, I immediately implemented the philosophies that Aaron puts together. And guess what? My cravings have almost completely gone away. I have added in fruit and been sticking to Whole Foods as much as possible. In about a week I’m down 8lbs and am always satisfied. Im eating so much food but not mixing the fats and carbs has been the biggest change. I’m very interested to see how things keep progressing to getting lean again. Again, I never thought about not mixing those two macronutrients. What a difference!
