Low Volume Training Pt 3
Ahh Shitchya!! This is Aaron Reed's my most advanced Low Volume workout. In this workout you will get two different workout splits including a 6 day split and a 5 day split. They are both incredibly effective but they are for experts only! You must have a high level of muscle control, focus and intensity to yield the desired effect. These workouts are geared to be incredibly painful yet incredibly quick.
If you have never tried Low Volume Training I suggest you start with Low Volume Training Pt 1&2 first. These workouts are not for beginners!
This workout is a SPREAD SHEET walking you through each workout day, exercises, sets and reps. This is not a big book of elaborate teachings. This program is set for you to take it straight to the gym and get started. Gotta make them GAINS son!!
