This is my 2nd Phase of LOW Volume Training. It is absolutely necessary to start with Part 1 before moving on to this one.
This workout is designed to stimulate as much muscle growth as possible without causing the body to become overly depleated. This program and style of training is great for Tall Guys but I learned it from a shorter guy.
