My Obstacle

Not being able to work out for 6 weeks was rough. I wanted to show my SuperNaturalites what is possible with diet alone. I am not posting this information anywhere else. I feel like if you cared enough to sign up of my updates you are the ones that deserve my personal information. Not TikTok, IG, FB or Twitter. Even though many of you have found me through those platforms. I can give you uncensored information here. Community guidelines are lame.

For those of you that dont know. I am 40 yrs old and known as “The Worlds Tallest Bodybuilder” since Flex magazine put me out there in 2018. Pic below. But as you know I am more than a bodybuilder. I am the Author of the SuperNatural Lifestyle, Prep Coach for men and women, SuperLeague Pro Bodybuilder, SAG actor, I played “Dude” in Free Guy with Ryan Reynolds and have done several projects with him since. I was a former WWE Pro Wrestler “Lift Sawyer,” Lifetime Fitness enthusiast starting when I was 12yrs after having a relapse with Cancer, Leukemia ALL. Something that almost killed me as a child.

Now you know why health & fitness is so important to me and trust me when I say fitness I don’t mean the kind of fitness your gym teacher told you about, or the fitness you see on TV. I am into the Biohacking of the human body to get it to perform and maintain or escalate good health. True health and wellness.

I am gonna share with you all the best practices I exercise and have found to be impactful. For instance my healing protocol I am doing right now.

My Gear Protocol 

For starters, the first six weeks I was on 400mg of test weekly with 2IU of Growth Hormone daily. at week six I dropped my test to 200mg and added 250mg of Deca for joint healing purposes. Soon I plan to get some PRP if all goes well. I have been healing up very nicely and ahead of schedule.

My Diet

My meals have stayed the same throughout my recovery. Even though I just started back at the gym last week I have been keeping my meals up to REMAIN in shape. I drink one gallon of water a day using my Alkaline Water Pitcher. It gets me to 9.5ph. Alkaline water is the best water. Over 10ph is best but 9.5ph is good. Meal 1 - Shake - 1 Cup oats, 1 banana, 1 carrot, some strawberries, blueberries celery, spinach and 8oz egg whites

Go hit the gym 90min-120min (only lifting legs right now)

Meal 2 - Post shake - 50g USN whey Protein , 25g Dextrose, 10g creatien, glutamin, BCAA and Post Supp Pk

Meal 3 CPM - Crucial Post Workout Meal 1hr after post shake. 4oz white fish, 1 cup jasmine rice (optional apple juice)

Meal 4 - 2hrs Later - 8oz ground turkey, 1/2 avocado, 1 cup broccoli, 1tsp homemade mayo.

Meal 5 - 3hrs Later - 8oz chicken, 1 cup rice, 1 cup broccoli, salsa

Meal 6 - 3hrs Later - 8oz ground turkey, 1/2 avocado, 1 cup broccoli, 1tsp homemade mayo

This is me today at 9wks Post Op

I am not able to use my left arm yet. bicep reattachment takes 10 weeks before I can start to use it. But my right works and so do my legs!
